Hse Policy Statement

Sajook Nigeria Limited will render contractual services in a cost effective manner by taking into account concerns the Health and Safety of her workers, preservation of environment and protection of assets and equipment.

In taking these into account, the following policies below shall be implemented throughout the company’s operation: 

  • Complying with client’s HSE rules and regulations
  • All jobs must be analysed for hazards before commencement
  • All employees to wear appropriate and adequate Personal Protective Equipment
  • All works to be carried out in a safe manner and in accordance with applicable safety rules and regulations
  • Protecting the health and safety of employees.
  • Provision of first aid facilities and functional retainership clinic for emergency treatment Equipment inspections and unsafe/condition audit are to be carried out always
  • It is the responsibility of all employees to report situations and acts they consider to be unsafe and to resume work only when such hazards have been addressed.
  • Waste materials and hazardous chemicals would be effectively handled/managed in compliance with Federal Ministry of Environment regulations
  • It is our responsibility to maintain good relationship with host community
  • Journey management would be put in place and effectively implemented
  • Staff would be briefed regularly of the current security risk associated with jobs as may be applicable for their operations as well as important measures that should be ensured to avert exposure to attacks.

  • SAJOOK Nigeria Limited incorporates a comprehensive community affairs, safety, health, environment, and security scheme which is of prime importance in all activity areas of the company.
  • SAJOOK specific objectives are to provide safe and healthy working conditions for all employees and to maintain the highest safety standards in relation to systems of work and service delivery.
  • SAJOOK respects local customs, laws and traditions and renders acceptable social responsibilities
  • SAJOOK carries out risk assessment of all jobs and activities and controls/eliminates likely causes of hazards and accidents
  • SAJOOK takes maximum care to recognize and control health hazards and eliminate risks that can lead to injury, sickness, damage, death or other losses
  • SAJOOK fully protects all assets and the environment within working area while enforcing movement restrictions
  • SAJOOK ensures compulsory CASHES training for all personnel before mobilizing to site

  • Carry out security awareness programs for its employees
